1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for most unused, unworn, and unwashed Men’s Wear items within:

➡️ 30 days from the date of delivery

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unworn and unwashed
  • Tags and original packaging must be intact
  • Item must be free of odors, stains, and damage
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Items not meeting these conditions may be denied.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality standards, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Worn or washed clothing
  • Undergarments
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Customized or special-order items
  • Gift cards

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos of the issue
  • A brief description

We will send a replacement, store credit, or full refund — at no extra cost.


4. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will email you an approval or denial notice
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method

Refund Timeframe:

3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


5. Return Shipping Costs

If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover return shipping.

✔ Customer Responsibility

If the return is due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size ordered
  • Dislike of fit or style

You are responsible for return shipping costs.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

You may still request a return after receiving your order (if eligible).


7. Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items.
For other cases, return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.
